Typical Delivery Times after Final Proof OK'd

Items in stock will be engraved and shipped in 2-6 days.

Items not in stock usually will ship in 7-12 business days.

If your order will take longer to complete we will notify you promptly.

Shipping & Cost

Currently, we take orders and ship to the United States only by UPS.

Shipping is calculated by UPS in Real Time and is based on package weight and distance from our shop.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect the merchandise upon receipt. In the event of breakage, contact us as soon as possible.

Place the damaged item back in the box. Do not remove any padding material. Seal the box and keep it at the location it was shipped to.

Contact your shipping carrier (in most cases UPS) as soon as possible and file a breakage claim. A UPS representative will contact you within 3 business days to pickup the damaged merchandise for inspection.

Exchange and Return

Creative Glass Carving will take full responsibility for any mistakes we make in the engraving of your items. Please double check your proof before you give us the OK.

We will engrave and ship a new item a.s.a.p. at no charge to you.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled at any time before any engraving has started. Your refund amount will be 100% minus a 20% restocking fee, and any extra design work where a fee has been charged.

Additional Charges or Fees

Setup and Engraving Text on 1 side is FREE. Each additional side engraved will be $25.00 per side.

Company Logo or graphic conversion to black & white vector format is FREE for the 1st, 25.00 for each additional graphic/logo for the same project. All graaphics/logos will be kept on file for your future projects.

Revisions to our proofs are FREE for the 1st 3 proofs. Each additional revision/proof sent will be charged 10.00.
